The LTTE leadership, Sri Lankan Government leadership, and Karuna's faction have all committed human rights violations and an investigation against any one of them would necessarily implicate the others as well; so there is very little likelihood of any of them standing trial in the near future as the downward spiral in Sri Lanka continues.
