		<description>The sad thing is, everyone in this case is guilty.  The LTTE leadership, Sri Lankan Government leadership, and Karuna&#039;s faction have all committed human rights violations and an investigation against any one of them would necessarily implicate the others as well; so there is very little likelihood of any of them standing trial in the near future as the downward spiral in Sri Lanka continues.</description>
